Pearl Lemon Catering is a London-based event catering company. We plan, cook and serve at corporate events, conferences, festivals, private parties and funerals across Europe, working with vetted local suppliers and our own event team from Kemp House, 152–160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

We are an event caterer, not a delivery service: every booking includes menu design, equipment, service staff and on-site management. Turnaround can be as little as 48 hours.

How European bookings work

Guide price from €18 per head for tea, coffee and matcha stations, €26–45 per head for breakfast, buffet and corporate menus, €50 for cocktail receptions and €110 for luxury seated dining.
Minimum spend €2,500 per event, plus travel and accommodation for the team.
Event staff from €35 per hour, four-hour minimum.
Lead time as little as 48 hours for standard menus; two to three weeks for large festivals and gala dinners.
