Event catering in the Nordics
We are a London event catering company working across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland – Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki. Our own team travels to the event, we source fresh produce from vetted local suppliers, and we cook and serve on site. We are not a delivery service.
How a Nordic booking works
- Costed proposal within 48 hours of your brief, valid for 14 days.
- Guide prices from EUR 18 per head for drinks and coffee service, and from EUR 45 per head for corporate catering. Swedish events are quoted in SEK, Danish in DKK and Norwegian in NOK.
- Minimum spend EUR 2,500 per event, plus travel and accommodation for the team.
- Service staff from EUR 35 per hour, four-hour minimum.
- Vegan, vegetarian, halal, gluten-free and nut-free menus, with written allergen information for every dish.
