Food safety and hygiene
All food is prepared, transported and served under UK food safety law. Our kitchen team works to HACCP-based procedures with temperature control and logging from preparation through transport to service, and catering staff hold Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certification.
Allergens and dietary requirements
We provide written allergen information for every dish, covering the 14 allergens declarable under UK food information law, and cater halal, kosher, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free menus as separate preparations rather than substitutions.
