Zscaler needed catering for a corporate event in Barcelona, run to a schedule that could not slip. Sessions ran to the minute, so food had to be ready before the break started and cleared before the next one began.

Why it worked
Corporate catering abroad usually fails on logistics, not on food. We plan backwards from the agenda, confirm access and timings with the venue in writing, and staff the event so that the break runs itself. The client’s team ran the conference; we ran the food.
