Who, where and when
EDC Acoustics, a specialist acoustics company, exhibited at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in Barcelona from 3 to 6 February 2026. ISE is one of the largest audio-visual trade shows, and four days is a long time to keep visitors coming back to a stand. EDC booked barista coffee for every show day as a simple way to welcome visitors and keep conversations going.
The constraint: a 5m × 3m stand
At about 5m × 3m, the stand left little room for a coffee station once product displays and meeting space were in place. The service had to fit one corner, connect to the stand’s utilities, and stop any queue from spilling into the aisle or blocking the people EDC wanted to talk to.
Who did what
- EDC Acoustics: the stand, its design, its exhibits and its visitors.
- Pearl Lemon Catering: the barista coffee service on all four show days.
The final package
Earlier conversations had included Silver-level equipment. After the package was finalised and the invoice corrected, the confirmed booking was the Bronze package. We describe the service by that final package and do not list a specific machine or cart layout.
Managing stock and queues across four days
The service ran against an allowance of up to 200 drinks per day. A cap like this gives the exhibitor a predictable cost and the barista a clear stock plan for each morning. It is a ceiling, not a count: four days at the cap would be 800, but that figure was never a total served, and we do not publish one. A short menu kept each drink quick to make, which keeps the queue short on a small stand.
Outcome
Pearl Lemon ran the Bronze-package coffee service for EDC Acoustics throughout ISE 2026. We do not publish visitor numbers, lead figures or a client quote for this event.
Planning coffee on a small stand
- Treat the coffee corner as part of the stand design, not an add-on.
- Confirm water, power and drainage with the organiser and stand builder early.
- Agree a daily drinks cap and what happens if a day runs ahead.
- Mark a queue line that keeps the aisle and meeting area clear.
- Confirm the final package in writing before the show.

Questions buyers ask
Can barista coffee fit on a small exhibition stand?
Yes. For EDC Acoustics at ISE 2026 in Barcelona we ran coffee on a stand of about 5m by 3m for four days. The service needs a defined corner, access to the stand's utilities and a queue line that does not block the aisle or the exhibits.
How does a daily drinks cap work?
EDC's service was planned around a cap of up to 200 drinks per day. A cap gives the exhibitor a predictable cost and the barista team a clear stock plan. It is an allowance, not a count of drinks served.
Which package did EDC Acoustics choose?
A Bronze package was confirmed after the package was finalised and the invoice corrected. Packages differ in equipment and menu, so we confirm the level, the menu and the space needed before the show.
What should exhibitors send for a stand coffee quote?
Send the show name, dates, your stand plan and size, the water and power arrangements from the venue, expected visitor flow and whether you want a daily cap. We will tell you what will fit.
